InvesTex Credit Union broke ground on a new branch in the Houston Heights area to relocate current operations from its 811 North Loop 610 West location. Construction should be complete the end of 2010 or early 2011. The new branch will include more amenities than the current location and better serve the members as well, attract new relationships in the Heights area.
The $93 million credit union began facility expansion in 2005 by deploying branches in retail centers throughout its field of membership. InvesTex strategically selected leased property build-outs to inexpensively and quickly enter markets and build demand. Despite the recent recession, the credit union is enjoying tremendous success and is surging forward. InvesTex currently offers 5 branches.
