PolicyWorks, a national leader in providing credit union compliance solutions, announces the launch of its blog ”The Works.” The blog was created to provide credit unions with up-to-date information on compliance hot topics.

“We created this blog in order to enhance our regulatory compliance communications with credit unions,” said Justin Hupfer, CEO, PolicyWorks. “Ultimately, we’re a resource for credit unions on regulatory issues and this new communication vehicle will allow us to share information on a timely basis and have credit unions join in the conversation.”

The blog will cover various compliance hot topics including, but not limited to, Reg E overdraft rules, Reg Z credit card rules, Bank Secrecy Act, and marketing compliance. In addition, it will also address important industry news, upcoming educational opportunities and more.

“Compliance with the ever-changing regulations is a moving target. Our goal with the blog is to provide snippets of useful information to credit unions that is pertinent to the regulatory challenges we are hearing about from credit unions in the field,” said Andrea Stritzke, VP Regulatory Compliance, PolicyWorks.
