Of course, to engage your staff, you must first know your staff. To achieve this goal, Member One FCU keeps employee “dream sheets.” As part of a bi-annual review, employees complete a questionnaire that includes biographical basics as well as conceptual questions such as: What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? In what areas would you like to improve? Leaders then use these sheets to find hidden talents, skills, and desires within the institution’s employees.
