The suite of products now includes browser-based collection software, which SWBC developed with the help of our partner, Akcelerant®.
The software comes with prepackaged templates for queues, letters, e-mails, work lists, and system configurations, enabling credit unions to immediately begin collection activities without devoting a large number of resources for conversion to a new platform. Through the purchase of a single enterprise license, multiple users will have access to the platform at no additional cost. The collections software offers complete in-house administrative control, which allows new collectors to be added quickly, reports to be run on-demand, and work assignments to be changed throughout the day.
There are many benefits that come with having this kind of software, such as simplified implementation based on an Application Service Provider (ASP) model of delivery (the “cloud”), standard batch upload procedures, and training that is conducted through a series of short, job-specific video tutorials. In addition, the combination of browser and SQL Server technology offers a secure, reliable system that requires minimal upkeep.
