Member Service Representative – Gaylord Branch, Full Time
Community Financial Members Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time MSR for its Gaylord Branch. This position is responsible for handling a high volume of member account transactions, inquiries and account problem resolution in person as well as generating referrals for our sales area.
The successful candidate should embrace the passion to provide outstanding service to members, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and adapt well to change with a flexible schedule. Fostering teamwork, emphasizing excellence in others and the ability to multi-task is essential. Cash handling experience is a plus. This is a full-time position, 37 hrs/wk, Mon–Sat, with a day off during the week. Pay range is $12.84/hr - $15.38/hr, dependent on experience and skills.
IT Generalist – Plymouth, Full Time
The IT Generalist performs scheduled operations work for the Information Technology department, such as completing back-ups of critical systems, and scheduling daily core system jobs. This position provides Information Technology support to Credit Union staff, and prepares system documentation. This position is also responsible for the upgrades and maintenance of the Credit Union’s intranet server software. The IT Generalist serves as the primary contact for PC related support issues and maintains the paging system, board document server, intranet, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) system, and auxiliary power generator. Networking experiencing preferred.
The successful candidate will embrace the passion to provide outstanding service to members (internal/external), possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and adapt well to change with a flexible schedule. This is a full-time position, 40 hrs/wk (Mon-Fri). Pay range is $17.10/hr - $20.48/hr, dependent on experience and skills.
