MTC Federal Credit Union is a strong, southeastern financial institution seeking an inspiring, forward-thinking, dynamic Chief Operations Officer to help lead the operational side of this growing and complex organization. MTC Federal Credit Union is a full service credit union with over $120 million in assets that has experienced explosive growth over the last 5 years.
Areas of responsibilities include all the normal COO duties, plus an ability to collaborate and look beyond the constraints of current processes. The position will lead the sales and service culture within branches as well as be an effective motivator of people. This position will be the driving force for all branch staff development and training.
The ideal candidate must be creative, energetic, results-oriented and technology savvy. An innate ability to communicate with all levels within the organization is required. Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field required. Relevant management experience with a progressive financial institution is necessary.
