Congressional Federal was established in 1953 as Congressional Employees Federal Credit Union. Today, we continue to serve employees of the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as over 130 other corporate partners and associations. As a financial institution, we offer a full complement of traditional and non-traditional financial services in response to our members’ diverse needs, at every stage in their life. Congressional Federal has four branches located on Capitol Hill, in addition to a branch and operations center in Oakton, Virginia.
