DEL-ONE Federal Credit Union Director of Information Technology 2007 – 2011
Directed the overall operation of the Information Technology department. Guided the technological advancement and strategic direction of the credit union. Managed daily help desk and data center operations and supervised IT staff. Charged with ensuring the security of member data and the successful backup and recovery of that data in the event of an incident or disaster. Sustained positive relationships with vendors, while negotiating costs and features. Developed and maintained all technology related policies & procedures. Administered technology projects from requirements gathering to final implementation and customer/employee training such as an enterprise wide virtual architecture, Exchange Server 2o1o migration, Avaya Predictive Dialer, and more than 20 software implementations.
• Consistently maintained annual technology costs below $1 million+ budgeted total
• Successfully implemented an enterprise wide virtual architecture with full replication and VMware Site Recovery Manager in six months with minimal downtime. Featured in an article for CU Times.
• Integrated new service culture and SLA into the technical support environment leading to a more positive customer experience. The results were that calls were answered in a polite manner within 3 rings, emails handled within 30 minutes, and the issue logged into the help desk system efficiently.
• Developed resourceful product saturation methods and implemented system enhancements for a new checking product, garnering 100 new accounts within the first two weeks of deployment.
• Appointed by the Board of Directors as the ISO (Information Security Officer) for over 100,000 accounts.
DEL-ONE Federal Credit Union Marketing Manager 2003 – 2007
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the print and electronic statements, internal and external web sites, e-mail marketing, virtual branch, and ATM messaging. Produced marketing materials for in-branch displays, direct mail, exhibit displays, and print advertisements. Coordinated marketing events and develop marketing campaigns. Supervised and mentored Marketing staff. Managed development of newsletters, youth program and financial education.
