Relationship Manager 2009 to Present GEEZEO Provide lead generation and account management support for this internet start-up company. Target market includes credit unions and community banks. Responsible for introducing prospects to Geezeo products and services, which includes PFM, online banking and social network solutions.
Vice President, Finance Management and Governance 2007 – 2009 ZURICH AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY – Schaumburg, IL Provide project management, financial analysis and execution discipline to the Company’s Finance Division. Responsible for leading key operational transformation projects that contribute more than $20 million in bottom line improvement to the Company. Senior Vice President, Retail Banking SHADOW LAWN SAVINGS BANK – West Long Branch, NJ Executive management of all branch delivery and operational areas of this community bank. Responsible for expanding and managing retail outlets including the identification of new locations, negotiation of leases, purchase of properties. Key responsibilities included negotiation of contracts for significant business partners, including ATM, checking and processing vendors. This position also oversaw Security, Purchasing, Facilities and Compliance functions. Selected Contribution:
- Managed Check Processing upgrade/relocation. Project included site selection, assessment and analysis of equipment requirements as well as negotiation and purchasing of new equipment. Project resulted in a reduction of expenses in excess of $300,000.00 over a five-year period.
- Automated manual operations throughout 21-branch network. Project enabled access to centralized “real time” system through state of the art teller equipment programmed to automatically execute/locate: customer transactions, end of day proof processes and historical data.
