Award Winning Mortgage Solution For Credit Unions Detailed In New Podcast From NAFCU Services And Prime Alliance

WASHINGTON — NAFCU Services Corporation (www.nafcu.org/nafcuservices) today announced the availability of a new podcast describing Prime Alliance’s Web-based mortgage origination and processing solution for credit unions that recently won a 2010 NAFCU Services Corporation Innovation Award. The podcast features an in-depth interview with Dan Green, EVP of strategy for Prime Alliance.

The podcast can be heard at www.nafcu.org/primealliance.

In the podcast, Green explains what makes the solution one-of-kind, including its comprehensive nature, Web-based technology, paperless processes and more.

“Prime Alliance’s technology is the only truly integrated, end-to-end mortgage origination and processing system available today,” said Green. “Where many mortgage lenders use multiple systems to originate and process loans, Prime Alliance customers, by comparison, use just one. This eliminates the need to maintain and manage multiple networks, databases and interfaces which can often lead to errors and inefficiencies.”

Green goes on to explain that the all-in-one solution saves time and paper costs, as well as offers some of the lowest closing costs in the market. Credit unions using the Prime Alliance solution have closing costs per loan of $500 to $750 in comparison to an average of $1,200 to $1,500 or more at credit unions without the Prime Alliance mortgage solution.

“The Prime Alliance mortgage origination and processing solution for credit unions was recognized by the NAFCU Services Advisory Committee as truly best-in-class,” says David Frankil, president of NAFCU Services Corporation. “The significant efficiencies and streamlined process not only position credit unions’ mortgage solutions above others in the market, but also translates to an improved member experience,” he continues. “This solution can provide credit unions with a strong competitive advantage.”

Each year, the NAFCU Services Advisory Committee selects three Preferred Partners for outstanding innovative solutions recently introduced to the credit union market. Prime Alliance is the NAFCU Services Preferred Partner for credit union mortgage solutions and a winner of the 2010 NAFCU Services Innovation Awards. You can fix your credit for free We are in the business of getting you the best possible loan to fit your needs and goals, we are NOT in the credit repair business. There is much you as a consumer can do to fix mistakes on your credit report, items that may keep you from obtaining the best loan available. Fix your own credit for free. You see the advertisements in newspapers, on TV, and on the Internet. You hear them on the radio. You get fliers in the mail. You may get calls from telemarketers offering credit repair services. They all make the same claims:“Credit Problems? No Problem!”“We can erase your bad credit–100% guaranteed.”“Create a new credit identity–legally.”“We can remove bankruptcies, judgements, liens, and bad loans from your credit file forever!”Don’t you believe it! Many of these companies will take your money and they can actually damage your credit. There is no magic pill, but you can follow the legitimate, self help ideas contained in the “Correct Credit Report Errors” section of our site. The accessibility of credit reports is made possible by the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT), a bill which was passed on December 4, 2003 by the US Congress. This act, which is sanctioned by the Federal Trade Commission or FTC, allows every consumer to obtain a free credit report once in a period of twelve months. Similarly, the FACT also ensures the privacy and accuracy of the information that the various credit reporting companies hold. Under this act, the FTC, together with the three credit reporting companies namely Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax, have set up a website where people can log on to check out their annual credit scores. According to the FTC, there are three ways a consumer can obtain his credit report. The first one is by visiting the FTC’s authorized website, AnnualCreditReport.com, and providing all the information needed to access the credit report. This is generally the fastest way to obtain one’s credit report. Consumers have to be cautious, however, of the supposedly free credit reports they see offered on unauthorized websites. More often than not, the services offered on these sites are not entirely for free. Those who want to get credit reports should keep in mind that they can only get them for free from the website FTC provided.

Most lenders have a nzoitraliaed refinance procedure. You might communicate with your lender to see if they have a stream lined procedure. If not you would have to apply through a local mortgage broker or lender. This mortgage broker/banker would obtain a credit report and see if this change is possible based on your credit score, debt to income ratios and overall credit. You would need to be educated about what you are doing. You would want to see if this make financial significance for you and your current financial situation. Because your buddy down the street refinanced does not mean that you should do the same. You may get a 30 year fixed refinance mortgage loan at the interest rate you are qualified for. I hope this has been of some subsidy to you, excellent luck. FIGHT ON
