WASHINGTON – Jeanne Kucey, Randy Smith, Michael Lussier and Frank Berrish won election to three-year terms on the NAFCU Board of Directors in voting that closed Monday.

Kucey, president and CEO of JetStream FCU in Miami Lakes, Fla., won election to her first three-year term as Region III NAFCU Board director. She will succeed Larry Wilson, president and CEO of Coastal FCU in Raleigh, N.C., who will complete his third consecutive term this year.

Smith, president and CEO of Randolph-Brooks FCU of Live Oak, Texas, will have a second term as Region IV director. (Smith was the only candidate nominated from Region IV, so he won his seat outright in March.)

In the at-large races, Lussier, president and CEO of Webster First FCU in Worcester, Mass., and Frank Berrish, president and CEO of Visions FCU in Endicott, N.Y., won, respectively, their third and second consecutive three-year terms.

Kucey, Smith, Lussier and Berrish will take up their new terms following the close of the NAFCU Annual Business Meeting. The meeting will be held July 1 in conjunction with the association’s 44th Annual Conference & Exhibition (www.nafcu-annual.org) in San Francisco.

“We are happy to welcome Jeanne Kucey and to have Randy Smith, Mike Lussier and Frank Berrish returning to the NAFCU Board of Directors,” said NAFCU President Fred Becker. “As a myriad of critical issues continue to impact credit unions, their insight, expertise and leadership will be invaluable.”

NAFCU is the only national organization that focuses exclusively on federal issues affecting credit unions, representing its members before the federal government and the public.
