WASHINGTON –Michael N. Lussier, president and CEO of Webster First FCU, headquartered in Worcester, Mass., has been reelected to a second term as chair of the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU). His one-year term begins at the conclusion of NAFCU’s annual business meeting in San Francisco on July 1.
“I look forward to working with the other members of the NAFCU Board to meet the challenges facing our members and to champion the interests of credit unions in Washington,” said Lussier.
Lussier previously served as vice chair of NAFCU and NAFCU Services Corporation. He also served on the NAFCU Executive Committee and was chairman of the Audit Committee. He recently testified on NAFCU’s behalf before Congress on the member business lending issue.
Lussier is also a member of the board of trustees of Becker College in Worcester. He is a past board member and building committee chairman for his local American Red Cross. He has also served as president of the Webster/Dudley Rotary Club and was a member of the National Advisory Council for Member Data Corporation.
In addition to Lussier, the NAFCU officers for the 2010-2011 term are:

- Ed Templeton, Treasurer – president and CEO, SRP FCU in North Augusta, S.C.
- Richard Harris, Secretary – president and CEO of Caltech Employees FCU in La Canada, Calif.
