Winners Announced for the 2010 CUES Golden Mirror Awards

The Credit Union Executives Society is proud to congratulate all of the 2010 Golden Mirror Awards winners! With 523 entries, the competition was fierce. In the end, CUES handed out 182 awards for marketing excellence, sending the trophies to all winners* CEOs for presentation to their marketing departments. 

Of the 182 award winners, three entrants proved to be especially noteworthy, producing promotional pieces exceptional enough to bring home the top honors:

- GMA Rookie of the Year - Marketing Department, FirstOntario Credit Union, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

- GMA Best of Show - Lisa Fawcett, Co-op Services Credit Union, Livonia, Mich.

- GMA Golden Shoestring - Alabama Telco Credit Union, Birmingham, Ala.

CUES* GMA Best of Show is awarded to one of the first-place winners from the four asset divisions in the Coordinated Campaigns category and recognizes a single marketing effort that incorporates a variety of integrated approaches. CUES* GMA Rookie of the Year is awarded to a marketer with less than two years of industry experience and is selected from among all winning GMA entries. CUES* GMA Golden Shoestring is awarded to an entrant who developed a highly successful marketing strategy within the constraints of a shoestring budget.
