Brenda Kamph named United Federal Credit Union Employee Relations Manager

ST. JOSEPH, MI (June 5, 2015) — Brenda Kamph has been appointed to the position of Employee Relations Manager at United Federal Credit Union (UFCU). In her new role, Kamph will be based in Nevada where she will oversee that region’s employee relations programs, including performance management and onboarding.

Kamph was previously Human Resources Manager with Premera Blue Cross in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, where she led a direct reporting team of HR business partners and generalists in providing HR coverage for approximately 1800 employees across multiple business divisions. Kamph’s prior experience includes human resource and organizational development management positions at JPMorgan Chase and Washington Mutual Banks.

Kamph, who was raised in Seattle, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education for Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. She resides in Reno.
