Hagerstown, MD - March 10, 2011 - Robin Remines, former Vice President, Information Technology at APG Federal Credit Union, recently joined Ongoing Operations’ professional services team. As a full-time Business Continuity Planning Consultant, Robin will be able to help a growing number of credit union clients develop and improve their plans.

Her experience, knowledge and enthusiasm will clearly be beneficial for our clients and the broader credit union community as we expand our educational and networking efforts.”
Prior to joining Ongoing Operations, Ms. Remines served as Vice President, Information Technology for APG Federal Credit Union. During her 13 year tenure with the credit union, she was responsible for disaster recovery & business continuity programs in addition to many key technology initiatives.
“I’ve always enjoyed my role in the business continuity planning process,” said Ms.Remines. “I am very excited about joining the Ongoing Operations team and being able to focus on business continuity full-time.”
In addition to her credit union experience, Ms. Remines has held various other IT and computer science positions ranging from the Army Research Laboratory to multi-faceted corporations. She holds a Master of Science degree in Technical Project Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Towson University.
