MIDDLEBURY, VT– September 21, 2012 – TBA Credit Union in Traverse City, Michigan, is building credit union efficiency with ProDOC Packages™ from eDOC Innovations. ProDOC Packages™ is a workflow management tool for automating electronic document and image processing of transactions, bundled together ‘packages’ for transaction processing and eSignature. Loan documents, new accounts, and other transaction types are created in a timely manner by combining in branch and online signature processing.

Triston Kirt, IT Officer for TBA Credit Union says, “To streamline our process of taking new loans from approval to audit, we’re utilizing ProDOC Packages™ to create required document lists, along with required form and signature fields.  Combined, these tools have reduced our handling and review times and improved accuracy. We are planning to implement this level of automation to the New Membership documentation process to improve efficiency.”
