What not to do as a leader

Leaders are humans; we make mistakes. But when we make them as leaders, those mistakes carry great weight and heavy consequences. So how do we prevent them?

I’ve gathered a couple lists of “nevers” – or actions that a leader is in control of and should not do.

For example: Leaders should never whine, deceive, make commitments they don’t intent to keep, crave power or ignore the truth. You can read the rest of the list of 10 “nevers” on Inc.com.
