114th Congress in recess, NAFCU pushing credit union bills
The 114th Congress is in adjournment but will return in early January to resume work on a number of bills carried over from its first session – including NAFCU-sought legislation on data security standards, NCUA budget transparency and more.
NAFCU lobbyists will focus their efforts between now and Jan. 4 on laying the groundwork for next steps toward passage of legislation that would bring credit unions much-needed regulatory relief.
