While it’s not saving them a ton of cash, having an occasional lunch catered can mean a lot to your employees. Doughnut Wednesdays or Pizza Fridays has a nice ring to it, don’t you think?
Help with student loans: Most people leave college with at least some student loan debt. Some have a ton. Helping employees pay off student loans is a growing trend. Helping reduce the stress that comes from paying back loans could keep your employees around for a long time.
Vacay on your birthday: The average business doesn’t let you off of work for your birthday. Some people actually like working on their birthday, but most people would probably enjoy having a “me” day.
