3 steps to advance your digital transformation journey
The other day, I overheard someone say, “Every journey begins with a plan.”
I’ve been thinking about that statement ever since, because while it sounds sound, it simply isn’t true. A better saying might be, “Every journey begins with a catalyst.”
Some examples of journeys that did not start with a plan:
- An abandoned dog on the side of the road catches the eye of a physician (my cousin) driving by. The physician lets the dog into his car and into his life, and discovers he has the perfect temperament to be a therapy dog, changing the lives of many patients in the hospital where the doctor practices.
