3 ways to keep your PFR status with your members

Your members can get financial services almost anywhere these days. If you want keep your primary financial relationship status with your members, you’ve got to find new, innovative ideas to solve members’ problems. Here are three ways you can keep being their number one…

Think BIG: Doing things the way they’ve always been done is lame. In fact, that’ll probably put you out of business. When it comes to solving problems, think ahead. Consider the ideal outcome and then brainstorm ways to make it happen. Not every idea will work, but coming up with new ideas will take some risks.

Don’t take your eye off the ball: Far too often, we get distracted by things that don’t really matter. Since COVID hit, members just want a financial institution that’s got their back. If something isn’t working, get creative and fix it.

Collaborate: Find employees who are creative and use them. A team of creative minds can come up with amazing ideas that can positively impact the lives of your members now and in the future, no matter what kind of normal we’re going through.
