Be thankful

A credit union wouldn’t be successful without its members. Always keep this at the front of your mind. Whenever a new account is opened or a loan is approved, send a thank-you note or small gift to make that person feel appreciated. Acts like this will produce loyal members.

Listen

No one knows what your members need better than your members. Listen to their needs, their wants, and their dreams, so you can provide them with the products and services they need to live a happy and successful life.

Surprise them

Everyone loves surprises. It feels good to be acknowledged, even more so when you’re not expecting it. Pick at random or reward a member for a milestone they’re not aware of, either way it’ll surely be a surprise they’ll be excited about.
