Murray promoted to Numerica Chief Technology Officer

KayCee Murray has been promoted to chief technology officer at Numerica Credit Union. Murray has been an integral part of Numerica’s growth and innovation for the past 25 years. In her new role, she will continue overseeing IT, purchasing and facilities, business optimization and projects.

Murray previously served as senior vice president of information technology. Throughout her tenure, Murray has played a pivotal role in shaping Numerica’s technological and operational advancements. She has overseen several branch builds, including Liberty Lake, Five Mile, and Court Street in Pasco. She is currently helping Numerica launch a Sandpoint location later this year. Her leadership has helped expand Numerica’s footprint while ensuring a seamless member experience.

Murray led Numerica’s rollout of Tyfone, the credit union’s largest digital touchpoint. The digital banking solution enables secure transactions and convenient access for members to manage their money on their terms.

Under her guidance, Numerica introduced Zelle, enhancing the ability for members to send and receive money with ease. Additionally, she has overseen the continuous evolution of Numerica’s mobile banking app, ensuring that members have a one-stop solution for all their financial needs.

Security and reliability remain a top priority under Murray’s leadership. She has spearheaded efforts to enhance online banking security, safeguard employee protection, and strengthen member account security. Her team consistently delivers high-performing, reliable digital products with responsive member support.
