Mountain Credit Union is proud to recognize Cody Rodgers, Regional Manager, for successfully completing the Carolinas Credit Union League Leadership Development Institute (LDI), a comprehensive, months-long program focused on strengthening leadership capacity within the credit union movement.
The Leadership Development Institute equips current and emerging credit union leaders with modern strategies for leadership, critical thinking, and organizational effectiveness. Participants gain practical tools and insights they can immediately apply within their institutions to enhance team performance and member service.
