Inspire Federal Credit Union today announced key leadership changes that strengthen its executive team and support the organization’s strategic growth initiatives.
Brenda Fischer has joined Inspire Federal Credit Union as Vice President of Marketing. Fischer brings extensive experience in brand development, digital strategy, and member‑focused communications. In her role, she will lead all marketing functions, including brand strategy, community engagement, and integrated communications, with a focus on expanding the credit union’s visibility and enhancing member relationships throughout its service area.
“Brenda brings a strong strategic perspective and a track record of building impactful marketing programs,” said Jim Merrill, President and CEO of Inspire Federal Credit Union. “Her experience will be instrumental as we continue to grow and better serve our members.”
In addition, Brian Phillips has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. Phillips, who has spent more than a decade with Inspire Federal Credit Union, most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. As Chief Revenue Officer, he will continue to oversee lending while expanding his responsibilities to support growth across deposits, marketing collaboration, business development, and strategic partnerships.
“Brian’s leadership and deep knowledge of our organization position him well to guide our revenue strategy,” Merrill said. “His understanding of our members and operations will be critical as we pursue long‑term, sustainable growth.”
