Lara brings decades of entrepreneurial experience, leadership, and community involvement to the organization. She is the Owner and Broker of Ullery Real Estate LLC, providing both commercial and residential real estate services throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati regions. Throughout her career, she has successfully operated several small businesses across a variety of industries.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lara has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to community service. She has served on numerous boards and held leadership roles with local organizations, including Parkview Nazarene Church, where she and her family have been active members for more than forty years.

Lara resides in Springboro with her husband, Ron. Together, they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren and remain deeply committed to both family and business excellence.
