Ardley appoints Chris Calcasola as VP of Sales

Reston, VA (June 11, 2026) |

Ardley, creator of the only technology that parses mortgage servicers’ entire portfolios and identifies viable new origination opportunities in seconds, today announced the appointment of Chris Calcasola as Vice President of Sales.

In his new role, Calcasola will lead sales operations, build and scale the sales team, and develop the go-to-market strategy for Ardley’s newest technology, Ardley Platform. His focus is on growing platform adoption among new lenders and servicers and expanding use among existing customers, while ensuring all customers get clearly measurable high value results for themselves and an up-leveled experience for their borrowers.

Calcasola brings nearly a decade of success in mortgage technology sales to his role. Prior to joining Ardley, he was head of lending at income and employment verification provider Truv. His career also includes sales leadership roles with mortgage technology provider Total Expert.

“Chris's success is a direct result of how he serves his clients — his entire focus is making sure they achieve clear, quantifiable results, and that their customers get a better experience in the process,” said Nathan Den Herder, founder and CEO of Ardley. “That's exactly how we operate at Ardley. Our customers' ROI is always our top priority, and Chris built his success in this industry on that same principle.”

"What drew me to Ardley was the people. Of course, they are smart and talented. But they are also authentic, collaborative, and genuinely dedicated to supporting Ardley’s customers and each other,” said Calcasola. “When you get a group of smart, talented

people like this, ones who are selflessly dedicated to the same goal, that’s when great things happen. Ardley has the product to dominate this market. I’m really excited to be part of this team and for what we will do together in the coming months and years.”
