Austin Telco Federal Credit Union welcomes David Alvarado as Member Contact Manager

Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of David Alvarado as Member Contact Manager.

David brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to ATFCU, with extensive expertise in contact center leadership, operational strategy, team development, and member experience enhancement.

Before joining Austin Telco, David served in several leadership roles at University Federal Credit Union, most recently as Assistant Manager of the Consumer Lending Contact Center. Throughout his career, he has successfully led initiatives that improved operational efficiency, enhanced member satisfaction, and strengthened employee development programs.

David’s leadership style centers on coaching, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. His expertise in contact center operations and member experience optimization makes him a valuable addition to the Austin Telco leadership team.
