IOWA, IA (June 29, 2026) |
The Family Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative headquartered in Davenport, has announced the addition of Bob Hoepfner to its leadership team.
Bob brings more than 30 years of lending experience to The Family Credit Union. He began his career in consumer finance in 1992, with early experience in Iowa, before moving into private banking and later leadership roles in business and commercial lending. Most recently, he served as Head of Lending at Southern Lakes Credit Union in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
His background includes leadership in commercial and consumer lending, underwriting, business development, and affordable housing efforts, along with a strong focus on building lasting relationships with members.
“I’ve always believed we are in a people business,” Hoepfner added. “We provide individualized solutions and support our members through their financial journeys. I want our members, and our team, to know they have someone in their corner who is committed to their success.”
Originally from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Bob attended the University of Wisconsin. He enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with his family, and looks forward to becoming part of the Quad Cities community.
In this role, Bob will help lead lending operations and support The Family Credit Union’s continued focus on personalized service and financial guidance.
“I’ve learned that people want more than just a loan—they want a trusted advisor who understands their goals and helps them make informed decisions,” shared Hoepfner. “Credit unions are known for going the extra mile, and I’m committed to providing that level of service to every member we serve.”
