Everwise Credit Union is pleased to announce that it has earned Certification™ for the second consecutive year as a Great Workplace by Great Place To Work®. Everwise remains the only Certified™ Great Place To Work® credit union based in Indiana. The prestigious award is based solely on honest and anonymous feedback from current employees about their experience working at Everwise. In this year's survey, Everwise's overall score increased by 8 percentage points year over year.
Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.
"Any increase of 5% or larger is meaningful, and an increase of 8 percentage points year-over-year is uncommon and should be celebrated," said Ruby Storm Green, Culture Coach with Great Place To Work.
Last year, Everwise earned its first-ever Great Place To Work Certified designation and used employee feedback to guide meaningful changes across the organization. Since then, Everwise has introduced new opportunities for employee feedback and recognition, strengthened communication across teams, and continued investing in professional development, employee recognition, and opportunities for meaningful feedback and collaboration.
"This achievement belongs to every employee at Everwise and reflects the culture we're continuing to build together through our shared values and commitment to one another," said Jason M. Osterhage, President + CEO of Everwise. "When people
feel supported, valued, and connected to a shared purpose, they can do their best work for our members and communities. Earning Great Place To Work Certification for a second consecutive year is encouraging, but we're even more focused on listening, learning, and continuing to make Everwise an even better place to work."
According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as
likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company's profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
