ATLANTA, GA (July 15, 2026) |
Fortuna Cysec, a global platform-driven Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, today announced the release of new feature enhancements to Fortunox, the company’s unified, configurable, managed cybersecurity platform designed for regulated industries that centralizes an organization's security posture for all assets across all locations.
Fortunox is unique in the marketplace in that it is both a security and compliance platform that enables organizations to consolidate their existing siloed mix of data (On-Prem, Cloud, SAS-based, etc.) and protect it with true, global 24x7x365 security. This new round of feature enhancements is focused on helping organizations better operationalize their Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) while continuing to use the security tools already deployed within their environments.
Key feature updates include:
- “Bring Your Own Stack” vulnerability prioritization: customers can leverage data from their existing vulnerability scanners, endpoint tools, SIEM, ticketing systems, and security platforms without requiring a rip-and-replace deployment;
- Risk-based vulnerability prioritization: traditional vulnerability management is enhanced by prioritizing exposures based on exploitability, asset criticality, sensitive data impact, business context, and likelihood of operational disruption;
- Operational CTEM workflows: vulnerability discovery, prioritization, assignment, remediation tracking, validation, exception handling, and executive reporting is now connected into a continuous exposure reduction process;
- Tool-aligned remediation support: Customers can continue using their preferred ticketing, workflow, and remediation platforms while Fortunox helps prioritize, route, and track the work required to reduce risk;
- Executive-level risk reporting: technical vulnerability data is translated into business-aligned reporting, helping leadership better understand risk trends, remediation progress, and exposure reduction over time; and
- Continuous validation: Fortunox supports remediation validation and re-assessment workflows to help confirm that prioritized vulnerabilities have been addressed and that risk has been reduced.
“Today’s threat actors have shifted toward multi-layered attacks that combine operational disruptions with exploitation of sensitive company information,” said Navin Balakrishnaraja CEO & Co-Founder, Fortuna Cysec. “These new updates strengthen Fortunox’s ability to help organizations move from scan-and-report vulnerability management to a truly continuous, risk-driven exposure management program with outcomes backed by SLAs, all while leveraging the value of their existing technology investments.”
