Security Service Federal Credit Union promotes Amy Matisek

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (October 15, 2013) -- Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Matisek to branch marketing and community relations manager for the Mountain Region. In her new role, she will oversee member service fulfillment of marketing/sales campaigns, branch merchandising, community involvement, and brand awareness for SSFCU’s 23 branches in the Mountain Region.

Matisek joined the credit union in 2012, starting as a business development coordinator and later becoming a business development manager. Prior to SSFCU, she worked at Air Academy Federal Credit Union in various positions in business development and marketing.

In addition to her work experience, Matisek is a volunteer for Junior Achievement, fundraising chair for the Parent Teacher Association at Scott Elementary School, member of E-Women Network, past mentor with the Woman2Woman Mentoring Program of the Pikes Peak Region, past president of the Falcon Education Foundation, and past evaluator for the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado’s Excellence in Customer Service Program.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications with a marketing emphasis from Kansas State University.
