Strong growth fuels expansions and promotions at Corporate Central Credit Union

MUSKEGO, WI (February 10, 2014) --

Corporate Central Credit Union is expanding their workforce and promoting staff to better serve existing members and to meet the demands of continued membership growth. In 2013, Corporate Central welcomed 48 new members and introduced four new products. This growth reflects the enthusiasm of credit union executives around the country for Corporate Central’s stability, service and reputation.

Jon Lowrey, CEO/President of Dane County Credit Union said, “We feel very fortunate to be members of Corporate Central. They’ve been a good one for a long time. They’re good because of their accessibility, their philosophy and their devotion to us, the members. They are safe and sound and provide a high quality of service.”

Corporate Central has already exceeded the October 2020 capital and retained earnings requirements set forth in the Corporate Credit Union Regulations. According to Corporate Central President & CEO, Robert W. Fouch, “Our stability in the marketplace, our strong capital position, our due diligence, our service culture and our state-of-the art technology are all very attractive to new and existing members. When you put the needs of the members ahead of everything, great growth becomes a byproduct.”

Two Business Development Managers were hired and a new internal position, Director of Member Solutions, was created as a result of 2013’s growth. The three new additions will allow Corporate Central to reach out to credit unions across the country—credit unions that are in search of a strong corporate business partner with a solid reputation as a dependable solution provider.

Leading the outreach effort will be newly appointed Vice President of Business Development, Jesse Kohl.  Jesse began his career at Corporate Central in 2002 as a Business Development Representative.  In 2008, he assumed the role of Director of Business Development.  Over the years, Jesse has been instrumental in expanding Corporate Central’s membership base.  He has an astute understanding of member credit unions’ diverse needs, and has worked to create partnershipships with members that uniquely focus on each credit union’s particular needs and goals.

Reflecting on his 12 years at Corporate Central, Jesse remarked, “Helping our members and welcoming new members to our family of owners never gets old.  It is what we have always done and continue to do today.”  Jesse added, “Aligning our resources to better serve the credit union community is important as we now serve more members throughout the country – from New York to Hawaii.  Whether a credit union is looking to obtain a line of credit to support liquidity needs, or searching for innovative products to generate new streams of revenue; Corporate Central has proven solutions to meet the needs of members through flexible membership options and unique product offerings.”

Fouch added, “Jesse is uniquely qualified to lead our ‘serving members’ mission and to expand on our past success given his depth of experience and passion for our members.  Our continued healthy growth enables us to launch the products and services our members need to compete in today’s challenging financial market. This year alone, we have launched four new services including Vendor Management, Group Dental and Vision Insurance, Portfolio/Bond Accounting, and Loan/Credit Risk Services.”
