Akcelerant reveals new product release to improve the service experience at financial institutions

Akcelerant kicks off the New Year with exciting enhancements to the Framework service solution

MALVERN, PA (January 15, 2015) – Akcelerant, a provider of software and services to the financial industry, announced details on the latest release for the Akcelerant Framework service solution. The product enhancements reinforce Akcelerant’s vision to provide technology to improve relationships at every phase of the account life cycle. In the latest service release, Akcelerant focused on enhancing the end user experience, system configurability, task escalation, as well as tracking and reporting. Business administrators can easily streamline the system configurations to match their unique and ever-changing business needs, as well as take advantage of integrated third-party service providers or the open API which provides extensive flexibility.

All required information now appears in a single configurable workspace for easy reference, with added capability to attach documents to service tickets. As part of the increased tracking and reporting, Akcelerant now offers enhanced service level agreement reporting with insight into the turnaround time of service activities, the ability to assign and re-assign queues and automatic escalation of tasks. In an effort to improve efficiency within an organization, Akcelerant has also incorporated sophisticated business rules to support automated completion of service ticket activities.
