Golden 1 Credit Union (Golden 1) has announced the promotion of three leaders to new executive positions. Tom Genessy was promoted to Executive Vice President – Service Operations, Security, and Technology; Chad Carrington is the new Senior Vice President – Security, Technology Infrastructure, and Facilities; and Kathy Flynn is now the Senior Vice President – Service Operations.

Genessy, Carrington, and Flynn have a long history of service to Golden 1. Genessy joined the credit union nearly 13 years ago and most recently served as the Senior Vice President – Chief Operations Officer. Throughout his tenure, Genessy has been dedicated to Golden 1 members and employees, and our commitment to security, safety, and operations. Carrington joined Golden 1 in 2008 and, until his promotion, served as Vice President of Information Technology. His vast knowledge of technology helps ensure members can rely upon Golden 1 for financial strength and security. Flynn has served as Vice President, Account Services since 2014. She exemplifies Golden 1’s mission to deliver financial solutions with value, convenience, and exceptional service to members.
