Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union (LAPFCU) has served the Los Angeles community since 1936. Recently they decided to upgrade their credit union website design by partnering with award-winning agency BloomCU. The final result will be a world-class new website to better serve LAPFCU’s many members.
BloomCU is known for their technically innovative and aesthetically pleasing work. Their clients have won three CUNA Diamond Awards awards for their credit union website designs. Examples of award-winning work include the websites for OE Federal FCU and Kelly Community FCU. For LAPFCU, BloomCU will design a similarly impressive website, but with a unique flair for law enforcement employees in LA.
One of LAPFCU’s goals is to give their members a more personalized experience. BloomCU will help them meet this goal with Persona, personalization software that changes the website’s content based on a user’s past interactions. For example, a user that has shown an interest in auto loans will see more content about buying a car.
Though the website redesign is still in the planning stages, other updates to the site may include interactive quizzes, real-time search (which makes suggestion as you type), and a reorganization of the site’s content. Additionally, BloomCU will use card sorting and usability testing exercises to make sure everything on the new credit union website design is effortless to find.
