With the exponential growth of competitive online financial services, SkyOne’s leadership team recognized the need for a new, state-of-the-art website and technology platform that will better represent their brand, enhance user experience, and improve ADA compliance. The partnership with BloomCU will give SkyOne the tools it needs to drive membership growth and increase applications for loans.
Throughout the process of developing a new website for SkyOne, BloomCU will focus on designing a beautiful and intelligent user experience. In the design phase, each aesthetic element will be chosen for both beauty and clarity, resulting in a credit union website design that is sleek, modern, and welcoming.
When it comes to functionality, they will conduct card sorting exercises and usability tests to build intuitive navigation and interfaces for the site. Fast load-times and mobile-friendly browsing will also ensure convenient access from all devices.
SkyOne’s new website will also feature BloomCU’s personalization software, Persona. Visitors who land on the new site will be given a personalized experience based on previous visits and implied interests.
