MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) is pleased to announce the launch of a new online account application process to improve the experience for applicants and current members. This new system makes it easier and faster for new members to start using their new accounts by expediting the application process.
“MSUFCU’s new online account application offers a more streamlined, modern design allowing faster account access than ever before for new members,” said Deidre Davis, MSUFCU’s Chief Marketing Officer. “This process, along with ComputerLine and the Mobile app, allows individuals to open new accounts and manage their accounts at anytime from anywhere.”
Another feature of the new system is a more personalized experience. As future and current members progress through the application, they are asked for information about their life stages (student, business owner, etc.), allowing the Credit Union to provide them with the appropriate product recommendations. Users can begin the application process by either “shopping” for products, adding them to their “wallets” and checking out, or by going directly to filling out and completing the application.
