Located in Oak Harbor, Ohio, Commodore Perry FCU is taking advantage of several comprehensive solutions from myCUmortgage that will empower them to become exceptional mortgage lenders. These include government lending and the Web Direct web-based mortgage servicing portal.

In 2015, Commodore Perry FCU opted to partner with a different mortgage service provider. What they experienced over the course of this relationship were inconsistencies with loan approvals, difficulties navigating multiple websites and the inability to service their own portfolio loans.
Since rejoining myCUmortgage, “The experience has been nothing short of amazing,” said Finn. Commodore Perry FCU sent their mortgage team to visit myCUmortgage and receive hands-on training on the processes, systems and products offered.
