The Funds Management learning track kicked off with two options for experienced attendees looking to sharpen their knowledge: Assessing Portfolio Diversification and Pricing & Evaluating Secondary Market Loans. The rest of the day’s intensive educational sessions within this track included Funding the Balance Sheet, Advanced Liquidity Management, Understanding Options Cost & Convexity Risk, Hedging: How to Strengthen Your Balance Sheet, and Maintaining 2019 Profitability.
The Fundamentals learning track focused on building skills and gaining a better understanding of key topics including “What-If” Scenario Analyses, Balance Sheet Management: Structured and Non-Structure Investments, Utilizing Liquidity Forecasting & Stress Testing, and Fundamentals of Hedging.
The Board learning track focused on key definitions, explanations of various processes and measurement tools, along with industry best practices. Some of the educational sessions within the Board track included IRR Basics: Net Interest Income Analysis & Economic Value Analysis, Successful Liquidity Management, The Role of Your Investment Portfolio, and CECL: What You Need to Know.
