City & County Credit Union’s Marketing Team proudly received four MAC Marketing Awards from the Marketing Association of Credit Unions. Credit Unions nationwide competed in 21 different categories and were scored on three main factors – results, creativity & planning.
“City & County Credit Union’s marketing team is driven by a passion for innovation and creative marketing that promotes the simple fact that City & County is a different way to bank,” Megan Primeau, VP of Marketing, explained. “We are honored to receive four MAC Awards and will use them as a reminder to continue pushing boundaries and raising awareness for the cooperative movement.”

Each quarterly newsletter featured a President’s Message, focused on top updates, and highlights various products and services to help members manage their money and reach their goals.
#Adulting Campaign, Bronze Compressive Campaign Award
From studying for finals, doing laundry, to managing a checking account- City & County knows #adulting is hard. To help our young adult members conquer the responsibilities that come with growing up, City & County created an #Adulting Survival Kit. This included late night study essentials and a $10 check redeemable by Mobile Deposit, for any student who opened an iSelect Checking Account.
Say Hello to Eagan, Bronze Image Enhancement Award
In July 2018, City & County Credit Union shut the doors to the current Eagan branch location and opened a New & Improved branch location. To increase awareness for the new branch, a mobile billboard drove around the community, scratch-off prize mailers were sent & a Say Hello to Summer Celebration was hosted.
360 View, Bronze Online Advertisement Award
At City & County Credit Union, we pride ourselves on being a different way to bank. From our coffee lounge to our cash bar to our hotel style offices – member experience is always top of mind. To showcase our innovative approach to banking and our unique approach to member experience, City & County created a 360-degree view of the Woodbury Branch that was linked to the branch’s Google Business Listing.
