UNFCU today announced the launch of a new service within its Digital Banking for members who need to replace their UNFCU credit or debit card. With this secure service, members can replace missing, damaged, or compromised credit or debit cards in just a few minutes. While they wait for their card to be mailed, they will have all their card details immediately. Members can use this information to update their digital wallet and/or for online purchases.
This digital issuance of the card details is available to all UNFCU cardholders who are enrolled in Digital Banking.
“Our strategy is to continuously improve members’ experience,” said Gurinder Singh, vice president of Global Cards Solutions at UNFCU. “This new service gives our cardholders the real-time access they need, adding to the card management services already available on Digital Banking.”
With Digital Banking, members can also lock and unlock their card, activate their card once they receive it in the mail, and set their personal identification number (PIN).
