Following its annual meeting held on March 31, 2021, Frontwave Credit Union today announced the annual election results for its Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.
Incumbent Directors Gary Greving and Joseph Mitilieri were re-elected to the Board, and are joined by newly elected Director Sally L. Arnett. Incumbents Kit J. Gardner and Robert C. Ross were re-elected to the Supervisory Committee, and are joined by newly elected Committee Member, Adam Grajewski.
Mr. Greving, Mr. Mitileiri and Mrs. Arnett will serve on the Board led by Chairman Michael Brigagliano, alongside Vice Chairman Brian Sutton, Secretary James Cothran, Treasurer Kelley Mayer, and Directors Gerald Polyascko and Richard Rothwell. Mrs. Arnett replaces Director George Hoagland, who retired from the Board this year after an incredible 52 years of service to the credit union.
Mr. Ross will serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, alongside Committee Members Kit Gardner, Adam Grajewski, Vincent Hinojosa, and William Shute.
