Presentation recap: the convergence of data & marketing for community bankers

COCC’s Autumn Revoir, Marketing Analyst, and Chris Wilk, Core Sales Territory Manager, recently presented at the Maine Bankers 2021 Virtual Bank Expo, discussing how to leverage the power of data and analytics to enhance digital marketing strategies and create a more meaningful and personalized accountholder experience.

The presentation covered a variety of associated concepts, including: leveraging data analytics to better understand customers and customer segments, using that data to personalize marketing and communications, employing a proactive multi-channel strategy, and utilizing marketing automation and segmentation tools.

This session came at a critical time as participants shared their struggles to organize the vast amount of data they have access to, particularly in an evolving environment in which consumers are increasing their use of digital channels and expecting increased personalization.
