Bay Federal Credit Union has announced that Aaron Ikezawa has joined the organization as its new Card Services Manager.
In his new role, Mr. Ikezawa will provide leadership for all activities in debit and credit card servicing. He will also provide overall guidance and support for systems including fraud detection and protection, dispute processing, and overall member experience.
Mr. Ikezawa brings 18 years of financial industry experience in leadership, strategy, product development, and business banking. Most recently, he was at Capitol One as a Senior Manager where he helped launch the National Business Card group in 2015. Prior to this, he was at Wells Fargo where he led Business Lending Product Development for the Western Regions.
He is grateful for the opportunity to join Bay Federal.

A resident of Santa Cruz, Mr. Ikezawa received his Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is also active in the community, serving as a Board Member for the Neighborhood Child Care Center where his two boys, Damian and Noah, attend.
