Workers Credit Union strengthens executive bench with two promotions

Chris Santillo - Vice President of Wealth Management

Chris Santillo of Marlborough is Workers Credit Union’s new vice president of Wealth Management, where he leads the credit union’s relationship banking and investment division. Chris has been with the credit union for two years and previously served as vice president of relationship banking.

Upon joining Workers Credit Union, Chris brought nearly 15 years of experience from Citizens Bank, where he started as a sales and service representative and worked his way up to branch manager, and then assistant vice president. Chris has a bachelor’s of business administration and management from Framingham State University.

Johan Romero Luna – Vice President of the Workers Way^TM

Johan Romero Luna of Grafton is Workers Credit Union’s new vice president of the Workers Way^TM, where he ensures successful execution of the credit union’s commitment to financial wellness. Johan has been with Workers Credit Union for two years and previously served as an assistant vice president and area manager at the credit union.

Prior to joining Workers Credit Union, Johan was a manager of business development and operations at BCU, a branch manager at Homefield Credit Union and a personal banker at Sovereign Bank. Johan has a bachelor’s in business administration from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo and is a certified financial coach.
