Reliant Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Democrat and Chronicle for the fifth year in a row. This year, Reliant ranked #4 for mid-sized companies. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“A positive work environment and supportive culture based on accountability, respect, and teamwork, allows us to employ a team of exceptionally talented individuals,” said Pamela Heald, President & CEO of Reliant. “Our employees are the backbone of our organization and when our employees enjoy what they do and are engaged in our mission, it shows. We are honored to be awarded as a Top Workplace for the fifth year in a row, and are also especially proud to be ranked #4 for mid-sized companies in our region!”
“Companies need to authentically represent their brand to job-seekers,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “The employee experience needs to be on the mission-critical list. Leaders who embrace a people-first culture will benefit greatly. By giving employees a voice and showcasing their authentic culture through employer branding, organizations can attract those job seekers who complement their culture. Culture drives performance.”
