Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Emily Walton as Digital Experience Manager. In this position, Walton is responsible for leading the digital experience team to create and implement the strategies designed to improve the digital experience, satisfaction, and conversion.
Walton joined Royal in 2009 and has held several positions since then including Business Analyst, Deposit Operations Coordinator, Business Process Analyst, and most recently, Business Process Improvement Manager. Walton graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science degree in scientific and technical writing with a minor in web design.
Walton is active in the community as well as a member of many internal committees. She is part of Royal Toastmasters, the Community Giveback Day planning committee, and the Rock the Riverfront race committee. Walton has led numerous large corporate initiatives throughout her time at Royal, including the highly successful Lake Area Bank integration last year, and has a passion to continue to make an impact at Royal.
