Spectra Credit Union announces new Chief Financial Officer

Spectra Credit Union is pleased to announce the selection of Debbie Freeman as the credit union’s new Chief Financial Officer.

“We believe our new CFO will make a great addition to our team and contribute to the continued success of our credit union,” said Kristin Shultz, President & CEO. “Debbie brings significant knowledge and financial expertise. She will be an asset to the organization as we continue to grow.”

Prior to joining Spectra, Debbie Freeman worked for Navy Federal Credit Union for 22 years where she held various positions within Finance including Senior Vice President of Financial Operations and CFO. Debbie holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and is an active Certified Public Accountant.
