Doebert joined Kohler Credit Union in 2012 as the HR Manager and has been responsible for driving our culture as well as helping focus our strategic vision related to our benefits, talent acquisition, development and training. Prior to joining the credit union, Doebert held Human Resource roles in avariety of industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Silver Lake College and a MBA from Lakeland University.
